That cheesecake does look great and if I can remember the recipe I will try it myself at home since I have the ingredients, including the peppermints.
Very pretty but I'm not a fan of peppermint. Maybe I will just make this as a chocolate cheesecake with the ganache. That should be nice, too! 🙂
