For me, I leave the chicken bones in the soup and cook together with the rest of the vegetables for at least 4hrs, soup that cook longer will bring out more flavour.

Very nice and simple I do the same but different veggies sometimes we add little tiny pasta with the clear chicken soup and take the veggie out . Or croutons of course mediterrean way thanks a lot my friend bye
