    酱汁:蚝油、鲍鱼汁、酱油、花雕酒、盐、糖、薯粉(勾芡)

    Sorry guys, may I ask if whether you guys are able to use Chinese for the recipes too? I know what those ingredients are in English , but I do not know what they are called in Chinese, so that it's easier to know some of the Chinese ingredient. Thank you very much!

    I know this might not be important, but cornstarch and water mixture is not called a solution but slurry or suspension. Otherwise the liquid would have been clear instead of white in colour.
