    I see this as pegao Spanish rice left on bottom of pot left then you scrape and eat it crunchy too but some form it into a ball called Rice ball I believe you can air fry enjoy !😊👏

    3 cups of rice 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce and drizzle oil on pan press rice into the pan then air fry 375 for around 12 minutes sprinkle chili powder and enjoy

    An easier was is to do it the ✨Latin style✨ so basically you gonna peel the rice that sits on the bottom of your pot with a BIG spoon! By the way it does not always work, you need to have GOOD pot that you have used several times🤠💅 (I guess you can add spices and stuff to make it taste like her’s idk lol)

    Hi I'm so amazed that in your culture preserving the leftover rice. We also do the same thing 😂We will pour water in the rice and for next day it will be fresh. We will eat that rice with pickle done in our style. Also if we still can't finish it, we will drain the water from that. We will add roasted cumin, asafoetida, onions, salt and mix the rice well. Then we will roll it into small balls and let it dry in sunlight for 3 to 4 days to dry the moisture of the rice entirely. Then we will fry it in oil and it will be nice snacks and best side dish for the next rice meal. 😂👍🏻. Hope this will help.
