This classic beef tomato stir-fry is one of my favourite comfort foods. The dish brings back memories of how my grandmother made if for me every week. Best served on rice!

First time I made this had it on rice – delicious!
Second time I made it with fettuccine noodles – ooooh , yummy!
Thank you for super easy, super fast, super yummy recipe!!! Don’t freak out if u don’t have oyster sauce on hand…..it was still tasty. I also added mushrooms and Italian sausages without casing 😍

I just used your recipe to make this tonight. Now I can't stop eating! The ketchup was a winning ingredient. P.S. Ketchup itself, not just the word, originated in China. The recipe has, however, evolved into what it is today.

Just bought the Kindle version and am in the midst of making the tomato and beef recipe, without having seen this video first – and there's no direction in the book to add the tomatoes! Though you might want to add that if you can. Loving reading through the book. So many of the recipes are tempting! Can't wait to try bunches.

Flo…I LOVE this dish. Quick question. What is the reason that you don’t stir all of the ingredients together until the pressure I’d released? Just wondering. I always forget to do that and it is delicious. Is it even better without the stir? This recipe is great for me, as a widow, because it freezes well. Blessings to you and the fam😘. Jo

I have your cookbook, and I made this the other evening. It was Amazing! So simple and quick to prepare. Wanted to keep eating more, BUT the husband said he would like to take some for his lunch the next day, I caved and stopped eating. Great dish, and you both are a Joy and a Blessing to watch. Thank you!

This is a must-try! How awful would it be if I just Coconut Aminos to substitute for the soy sauce? I like to be able to share good things with my daughter who has Celiac so soy sauce is a no-no. I already have gluten free Oyster Sauce. It sounds so delicious and a lovely change from Italian Bolognese. Thank you for the recipe.

May God continue to keep blessing you and your loved ones. You are a true joy in my life, and although I’ve watched and rewatched your spectacular recipes over and over, I never tire of them. And that cookbook… oh my gosh, was that baby a dream come true! Thank you so much for producing such a great book. I cherish it. I cook from the book nearly every day…not kidding. Enjoy your life and your fabulous family, Flo. Soak it in. Life goes by so fast we’ve got to hang on to the good times with earnestness and vigor, although you already know that, sweet, kind Flo. Blessings, angel👼. Jo

Yum! I needed another variation on hamburger to keep it interesting. Abt parents and gifts. It must be universal. I was big into hunting in my teens but my mom still bought me outdoor related gifts well into my 30s. By then I was more into beer so I said nothing.
