This was my first time making this recipe which actually turned out to be a good thing since I was able to give my thoughts and review about how it turned out.
A little oil in the water will help with the siptting of starch. Also intermittent releases before completing the release. Pasta is very starchy. 👍🏼
I clicked this to see an orzo recipe. Why on earth would you make a video about something you have no experience with? It basically makes the video useless. When the valve starts foaming, like what you showed, you should turn it back to sealing for about 10 seconds, then release again, unless you like stuff all over.
