I noticed that you did 3 minutes QR for your soft boiled eggs. When I do that with my IP (including ice bath) mine are pretty well done. Sometimes I think my IP cooks faster or something. The common 555 recommendation for hb eggs makes mine very overcooked.

I always make my broth through the night. I never worry about switching to "slow cooker" as the IP has a keep warm setting that will last for 10 hours. Once it is done cooking it naturally slow cooks till morning

This was an interesting video. Semi vlog style. And when coupled with other videos made during the same time span it becomes "the rest of the story" as Cronkite used to say, I believe? That is the direction I see you headed. Inspiration: Moss Family TV. I can see where their format, especially of late, would suit your style and sensibilities.
I'm so sad for Levi that eggs are not an option for him. I bet that would be his favorite food, if he could consume eggs.

    The candy looked amazing.

You should try mixing 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds with 1/4 c water and let it sit as a substitute for eggs. I used to do that when we thought Trevor was allergic to eggs. Worked well in baked goods.

    Yes, Autumn should cook.

I allways heard the saying, THE WOMEN CAN COOK. but never said it myself. But the WOMEN CAN COOK. Maybe one day it could be said that the girl can cook.. A mother and daughter cooking together.., most families rarely even sit at a table having a dinner together anymore. Well its not like it used to be anyway.

I’m so glad to see someone using the IP duo evo plus! I bought my first IP based on reviews by you and one other. Saying that, I’m having a lot of trouble with using dry bake. There is no one who has used it? Proofing is wonderful, but baking does not work. Always get burn error.
