Chicken soup in Instant Pot:
Two frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
Four washed medium size diced potatoes (I did not peel you can if you want)
Three peeled carrots chopped into similar size as potatoes for even cooking time
Half a large onion diced
Four cups of water and chicken concentrate/bullion of your choice to equal 32 ounces – or if you have it use chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste (flavors will intensify while under pressure)
Turn on InstantPot to Manual and set timer for 35-minutes. Let Instant Pot depressurize for 15-minutes then release pressure. Open when all pressure is released stir and enjoy.
This is by no means the only way to make Chicken soup – this is how I chose to make it today as an experiment. When I cook on the stove for up to three hours I use a different recipe.
My favorite new kitchen appliance.>>>ur2.pl/1046 Between this and my air fryer you practically can cook everything. I love that you can sear meat and then pressure cook it rather that dirty another pan searing and adding to a crock pot. I have already given out many as gifts. It’s the perfect wedding, new baby, and off to college gift!
That soup looks awful. I would cook something like this for my dog only.
I bought my mom this very instant pot, but she is n ot very familiar with how to used it, and she ask me to show her how to cook chicken in it, I show her this video because it's the simplest and easiest directions to do it.
She did it, didn't have all the ingredients, the chicken was very soft easy to chew, the the soup was extremely tasty, she used different spices.
She was impress with the taste, and so Was I, also I could do this and I'm lazy and a guy, and disable, so yeah ti's simple and easy.
I think we will doing again often.
Well. Ian likes it. Guess I'll have to try it out.
LOVE this IP! It has changed my cooking and I'm even more adventurous with it! Even my husband is impressed with what I can do with it!! I was able to find the best price at http://amzn.to/1OSDu8o
You son is quite the reviewer!
How long does it take for your instant pot to build pressure and start the count down clock? Mine is taking a long time.
Thanks for this video. I've been trying to find recipes where I can use frozen chicken breasts in my Instant Pot. I love how you ask your son if it's a repeatable recipe. I always ask my husband that. That's how I know if he really likes something or not. 🙂
It was a very good soup! Fantastic job on the video! I wish I would have said something more poetic!
