Made this in my instant pot. Charred the onion and garlic in sauté. Followed recipe except had frozen thighs. Cooked 40 min. Perfect, perfect, perfect. Delicious’!!!

Awesome I tried it tonight. Needed a super fast recipe without hassle of trying to fry my onions outside in the ice lol. (I don’t like smells in my kitchen) only I did the fry up and pho in my insta pot. Thank you. ❤
