Looks so good! I'd probably try it with either french onion dip or ranch dip… and add some sauteed mushrooms to it, too.
I think I would add diced chicken too

Miss Catherine and Hubby: I thought you were nuts when you put chip dip in a casserole but you have never steared me wrong so I tried it. OMG, I can't get enough of this sauce! I used canned chicken, french onion with bacon dip, and pepper jack cheese (no pepper flakes available). Out of this world! Thanks so much for posting, I've got to go buy your cookbook. Kroger here has the cooked chickens that look like they have been dieting u can't get out anymore my friend who does my shopping is recovering from surgery u might HV to try to go early w my walker u don't want to end up in a ditch roads here in tn r very winding HV bad left turn to get in main road anyhow oks pray for me and my wolf husky I might HV to put him down I'm crying he has been so good and helps me when u get stuck w,)o my cart my husb trained him if I say help he comes anyway he hasn't gotten up much in two days u HV to help him he's in pain meds but he will be 16 in Nov in sure he will be gone by then I am praying for the Lord to take him then u will b totally alone I live your recipes how's the dessert cookbook coming looking forward to it. Just ordered a few groceries from Walmart u fried a PC if liver for my dad dog and a few treats and water I didn't think I could get him up to go outside but I did another of liver for tomorrow. I feel so bad but HV nobody to get hair m to the vet they won't come out except if he dies then someone will and HV him creamated. Light out in the bathroom I might try to drag ladder it's metal and try to do it myself but afraid of falling Monday someone friends friend will come out to take trash to the road I'm way back in the woods my property goes to the ones river wooded I HV apple trees planted hope the deer don't eat them all I hope the dog don't suffer but I'm think this is the end going to mk stuffed peppers tom in the crockpot I need a stove dryer out but I'll mk it I always do I HV insomina so I'm looking at utube
