    Your research about momos being famous in Nepal and throughout the world is so true 👍Newari tribe who used to do business with Lhasa they adopted it and gradually it became famous all over Nepal…But as Nepalese we can eat momos every 2,3 days…as snacks and as afternoon meal sometimes as dinner 🍽 too

    1. Wanna make momos juicy … add little water and fats in the filling.
    2. You don’t need to put cabbage in “moktu” (container in which momos are cooked. Just applying a layer of oil is enough. Just like in baking stuff.
    3. Duration of cooking is about 20min once the water starts boiling. To speed up the process of cooking you can change the position of the container… bring the bottom most to top and vice-Versa.
    5. I like the Chefs knowledge of history behind momo. 90%accurate.
    6. You can put onions if can’t find green onions …or put both which is much better. Main ingredients are garlic ginger paste, white pepper (must have), salt , onions, fresh coriander, soya sauce, you can also put garam masla but then don’t put soya sauce.
