Delicious recipe and I made substitutions….I used kale instead of spinach, Califia Unsweetened oat milk instead of cows milk and vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. My family even enjoyed it and didn’t tell them about the oat milk though, lol!

I just made this. Cut the chicken thighs into quarter inch strips. Hope the chicken is completely done because this soup cooks up fast 💨!

I’ve been making this particular recipe for a while now because it’s so good! It’s as close to Olive Gardens as I can find. Thank you for posting this chicken gnocchi recipe 😘

Btw, is this the original video you posted for this recipe? I feel like it’s a little bit different but idk if I’m just always paying attention to the steps? Lol Great soup!! 💕

This recipe is really good! I actually cook the gnocci seperate then add it later. I find mine won't cook all the way through if I don't. The flavors are amazing! Making it for the 2nd time today! Thank you ~April

The Olive Garden taste isn't there BUT after viewing other recipes I see half n half is probably the taste I'm looking for! Next time I make will definitely use half n half.
