i made mine different bacon fryed rice was great rather than butter use the bacon drippings first cut bacon into pieces then cook till dont pull out put to the side then cook the veg in the drippings till there done then toss in the rice and cook together then i added the eggs to the mix and cooked till there were done add you sauces soy etc to the mix and cook to mix toss bacon back in and serve best fryed rice ive ever had

AB… look up St. Louis fried rice lol… it will change you. We are snobbish about our rice …once I see the peas and carrots ..we turn our nose up lol.. but I guarantee the moment you have it …you won’t make that light skin/ interracial rice again lol… love your recipes.. but just like how we make the best ribs …you will love our rice
