Who's ready for an easy, healthy dinner recipe? 🙋‍♀️ Chicken fajitas are one of my favorite year-round recipes as it's easy and flavorful. I also love Mexican cuisine and have recipes for guacamole, pico de gallo, huevos rancheros, shrimp tacos, carne asada and so much more on my website. But what other Mexican favorites would you like to see me whip up? Let me know! xo – Lisa

Hi Lisa! Wondering if you could do an authentic Bahn Mi recipe? I’ve looked for recipes, but almost all of them don’t even use ginger, which seemed odd to me. I don’t know. I love all your recipes and I’ve tried many of them. Thank you!

I became obsessed with your channel and recipes! <3 I am thinking to make a tiramisu for my bf's birthday. It's his favorite dessert. Do you have a recipe for that or any advice? 🙂 Thank you!

Since I know you read your comments I was curious if you’ve ever tried/thought about doing a plant based diet? I know health is your top priority and I’ve came across endless research that points us in the direction of getting our macro and micronutrients from plants, as a big meat eater prior – I was surprised that I have changed to this diet basically overnight, and have never felt better. For example – a piece of chicken yes does have protein – but so do beans however the beans also have tons of nutrients and vitamins – you get the point…I always share this info because (like it did for me) people can then choose to look into it more if they choose. Great video as always!

Just make chicken fajitas tonight but my version of this recipe involves throwing everything in a glass casserole dish and roasting in the oven for about a half hour! Yes veggies get softer than cooking in a pan on the stove, but it’s more of a set it and forget it recipe, which is nice. Our homemade fajita seasoning is almost identical!

That looks very tasty, but I'm mexican and live in Mexico City, and the way my mom and many people make fajitas here is very different. We don't season the meat with all of those herbs, instead, in a pan we first fry onion, then over it, bell pepper is sauteed, and finally, we add the chicken breast, some people, just cook it in the pan over all the veggies, others (as my mom) sear and cook the meat apart. For seasoning, many people use "Salsa Maggi", salt and pepper, my mother some times she adds also powdered chicken bouillon for some extra flavor, or she adds bacon to the recipe and it gives a lot of flavor. Lemon juice is added to the taco, just before you are going to eat it. These are some differences, but at the end, I think the flavor is different.
