With out Bagara khana dalcha or khatti daal with tala hua gosh hyderabadi Friday is incomplete, I live in abroad and have been cooking by myself since few years so bhai hyderabadi usually make mutton dalcha chicken is rarely used like 1/100 or make it a veg kaddu ka dalcha with any mutton so we add lemon or tamarind pulp not too much at end of cooking and curry leaves are added just directly in that not as bagaar and just 7-8 minutes before completing cooking, sir lucknow ka pata nahi but hum hyderabadi pakwan kisi se kam nahi and you should agree no other biryani can compete hyderabadi dum biryani.
