    as an alternative.. u can just cook it in the rice cooker ๐Ÿ™‚ and just stir it once in a while and make sure it does not stick to the bottom ๐Ÿ™‚ it actually takes a shorter time to cook.. bc the rice cooker is hotter? im not very sure.. but it took quite a short amount of time to make ๐Ÿ™‚

    I use this recipe… (except I skip the onion grass because I don't have it, and also the scallop) I instead put sesame oil like 3 tbsp, and salt and black pepper. Taste good.. but I wonder how much calories was that

    In Nagaland, India. It's a delicacy and we called it amsu. Am means rice and su means cravy. For us we grinnd the rice and make from rice powder with some bambooshot and chilly boiled with chicken and ginger and at the end put the rice powder slowly into the cooking pot
