I follow your recipe and it was delicious, I just added a Haitian taste with natural cashews from Cap-Haitien on it. I truly enjoy the food with family and friends. Thanks a lot for your recipes.

Chicken cacciatore is in the oven!! A dish I’d have never dared to attempt just looking at a recipe, you made it so easy with your video. You’re the best chef teacher in the world. I feel like I’m your daughter in your kitchen. You explain everything clearly. You show us step by step. You speak not to fast, not too slow. Perfect pace. I turn on your video and I follow you. You made me a mama with a living kitchen for my family. Thank you. Thank you!!

Second time making this dish. I think I added too much wine both times now. Also need to remember not to add too much 🫑. Can’t wait for that delicious chicken cacciatore! Thank you ðŸ™

Once I fry chicken — I put it in the oven together with fresh vegetable and bake it together — no need to fry vegetable on a stove , not necessary.

I made this with boneless chicken breast. (minus the olives. I didn’t have any.) It was phenomenal! As a matter of fact, I’m going to be making it again tonight.

Thank you. Made it tonight…eating it now while typing this. Turned out great. Wife and kids seem to like it. I Will def make this again.

For the sauce, I used two pounds (about 8) Roma tomatoes (peeled), one 28 ounce can of tomato sauce (great value Walmart), crushed the tomatoes by hand as seen in the video, and then added about 3/4-1 cup of water (it was too thick) and stirred. Followed the rest of the directions. I had to cook the sauce and the chicken a little longer than instructed. Cook time in the oven only took 45 minutes.

I know its been a year since this clip was made, but once again I made this recipe tonight. I added mushrooms and substituted with crushed red pepper, left out salt, you talk about good. This was very delicious. Thanks again Pasquale!! Salute and cin cin!
