    indeed, biryani and pulao are best rice dishes in the world, BUT, Firstly it has to be made in 70-30 beef bonless, second, it has to be properly made, Im from the place where the actual biryani has been created from ancient times, I can easily rate it 9.6/10 at my place, meanwhile I’m from Karachi, Pakistan, but already eaten biryanis from hydrabad top restaurants, BUT I found that recipes of “Qadri Nalli Biryani” and “Ghousia Pulao” are just perfect, I can easily feels your biryani taste and it’s just 7.4ish/10, but according to availability of resources at your place you can elevate your recipe for biryani using “Shan Biryani Mix” and following it exactly you’ll get the results around 8.2ish/10, nice effort 👍

There are several varieties of biriyani and flavour profiles and ingredients change slightly from country to country, even state to state in India but the version you have made here is the typical Lahori style, which is also the same as found in Northern India, Kashmir, Panjaab, and the sister states.
