Nice food Timothy ! And yes, it's not whipping cream, it's heavy cream. I use that a lot in Gravies , salads, etc….It gives the food a more creamy taste. So u not doing anything wrong by adding heavy cream. I also use some for my coffee as well & cakes….:)
