    Forgive me if this is a redundant question, I tried to read the recipe & listened a couple of times to your clip, but my limitation due to my Medical crap, I couldn't find or hear you mention which part of the Beef cut it is that you're using. Would you kindly reply to this & advise the name of the Beef cut best to create your recipe??? Cheers!!!

    I have to say, this looks like one of the best versions I’ve seen on YouTube. I haven’t lived in Chicago in a while so I’ve had to revert to ordering the kit from Portillo’s but I may have to get me a cheap slicer & give this a try.

    I’m from So. California and there they have a sandwich called Pastrami Dip..is on a bun like that and dipped like that and the pastrami is with the fat cap on and usually from Vienna Beef sliced thin like this beef, put in beef broth/stock, put yellow mustard and dill pickles on the bun, loaded with the meat and then dipped and eaten. Try and make a pastrami dip, you won’t regret it…
