In cooking the eggs in a pan why not sandwich two identical pans for the flip?
The crispy egg, chilli mayo on toast served immediately. Must be my absolute egg favourite ❤
Looking at about 42:30–43:00. You rolled it out and said you like to let it rest for an hour—do you mean wrapped up in the fridge? Answered by 48:30. Rest uncovered in fridge
I really like this format and would love to see more.

Where can you buy the quiche perforated pie pan that was in this video?
This was insanely annoying to try and watch.
Production values on the live stream are next level.
An hour in before they get to eggs.
My daughter has two chickens. They lay 1-2 eggs each day. I go over across the street and get them. 😉 & they are delicious, especially now that I know how many ways to cook them. I mostly like them over medium and crispy around the edges.
I'm hoping beyond hope I win the oven. 🎉 …so exciting… 🙂 Anyway, I loved your show. It makes me want to cook. By the way, have you ever made bisquits using only full cream, flour, baking powder and salt? Really easy, light, and delicious.
I tried making a perfect pie crust once and got frustrated as the terror of making it turn out tough was foremost on my mind. Too much liquid, too much manhandling, (a curse I read, to a flaky crust)
I was certain I had ruined it.
My grandmother took it in her miracle hands smudged the dough around adding even more liquid!!..involving even more "man"-handling.
I was sure it and was going to be super tough.
I'm not lying…it was the lightest most delicious melt-in-your-mouth pie crust on the face of the earth. I guess she just knew how to "untough" it.
I missed the LS!
