    Hi Chef Julia! Thank you for these videos. I see you using fresh broccoli how do you ensure it doesn’t have maggots? I had a horrible situation recently where I used fresh broccoli and found maggots in my food. The broccoli didn’t look bad but after research I found out this can happen with fresh broccoli.

    Thank you! YES, I'm doing the new Chef Julia 21 Day Challenge! I ate 2 take out meals last week from our local PB Vegan Cafe = paid the price YO-Yo🪀 weight gain & loss & gain. I lost 1.6 lbs in the 4/4-4/25 21 Day Challenge. I loved watching you here in replay mode doing this today! Good for you for moving forward! Have not been a big FB fan, but it's "the" way to be in touch with family & friends. I like this better, it's like your original live cooking videos were but better! What is/will be the approximate "time" your Chef Julia YouTube show will be on?
