Whatever you want to call it, we’ve essentially made the most decadent, rich, cheesy (and fuppin’ delicious I might add) …
I think Sam should find someone who does glass etching and have his face put on that 12 inch glass lid. 📣
Love it!!!
"Cooking is a Contact Sport" sounds like a new shirt idea.
What brand of passata do you use? I can't find it where I am and will need to order it. But I need some as I hate tomato seeds with a passion.
This was delicious my wife and kid loved it!
Looks amazing!! Great video as always!!
dammit Sam now i want Chili Mac!
Just made this for dinner tonight and it's a HUGE hit! Once again, Sam saves the day!
Would it be wise to maybe sub out 1/3-1/2 of the stock for maybe a stout to add a flavor layer, or is that just too much going on
Where's the recipe?
My Iowan mom brought this recipe west during WWII, she called it "jo-mazzotti". Think I'll make some this week.
So, made this today…followed recipe as designed. Added an extra 1/2 cup of white cheddar and used chicken bone broth instead. F'ing amazing. Holy mother of sausage! So rich, so creamy, so freaking flavorful. Sam, you are as always, amazing.
I miss the days where Sam used to take 2 to 3 bites… I don't know about everybody else but I really used to enjoy Sam enjoy the food that he made.
Sam you need to make Mexican/green spaghetti!!
Made this with some Texas toast and it's really freaking good. Thanks Sam!
I'm from New England so it's definitely American Chop Suey to me but regardless this recipe looks fuppin' delicious! Definitely trying this today!
We have been subbing out meat to impossible ground (I eat meat), and damn its good. I will try this with impossible for her. But recipe looks good.
My grandma made this pretty much the exact same. She only added a little heavy whipping cream along with some cheese. Shits bomb and is the best leftovers
Clearly you haven't had Hamburger Helper. What you made is a variation of goulash.
Just made this and it is AWESOME. I added a bay leaf, and some soy and fish sauce. Watching it a second time to write down the recipe is pretty funny and old school.
Why can’t I find this recipe on your site?? I want measurements on noodles and liquid and such and can’t find it!
Hi, I'm new to the channel. Is there a link to the recipes? I'm writing this one down. It looks delicious!! Well, I made it and it was incredible!!! Thx!!
the reason that pre-shredded cheese doesn't melt as well as cheese that you shredded yourself from a block is because they coat pre-shredded cheese in potato starch to prevent clumping. also kraken is a brand of Rum which is delicious to drink
Max heck maybe don't be too marketing-manager-y 😛 I like seeing Max eating stuff at the end. I really love seeing two or all three of you eating stuff at the end. So there! Mangia 🙂
My bunch loves my "junk". HB, ranch style beans, corn, elbow macaroni and cheese. Don't drain the veggies because the liquid is needed for the macaroni. Serve with green beans or asparagus and potatoes of choice with a big pan of cornbread on the side. Now I'm going to have to make some tomorrow.😂😂
Also medium high heat. Until the lid goes on then a medium low simmer. Simmer in-between 20- 15 mins.
Alright answered my own questions. If anyone else was curious..? 2 cups chicken broth, 3 celery ribs, 1 medium onion, one medium sized poblano. 👌
What happened to the new Traeger? Using an old green screen today?
Thanks for the Friday dinner idea. Turned out amazing!
Sam I'd like to thank you for the amazing videos you make! I was really into cooking and used it as a way to relax and de-stress. Almost a year ago I found out my ex was cheating on me and I stopped cooking all together. I started watching your videos and learning new recipes a few months ago. They have gotten me back into cooking and has helped me get through a tough time. So thank you!
I like the videos where you educate us on the parts of the cow
I am not able to find the recipe on your web site?
Oh, no, you left out the last most important ingredient: Once the dish is done, as it's cooling down, you must add a layer of capn crunch. Trust me on this, brolio.
Holy moly donuts this made a lot of food
So is this basically like an American bolognese ish kinda deal?
Maybe I missed it, but where is the actual recipe?
How many cups of chicken broth?
Rice flour prevents bagged cheese from sticking
How much celery? How much onion? How much peppers?

Where’s the 4 pounds of the powdered cheese sauce!! Lol 🤢
I would cook the protein and drain first. Just saying….:0)
My grandma told me a story a really long time ago… There was a Betty Crocker recipe contest. So she sent in her "Hamburger helper" recipe that she created. Next thing you know they produced this product to the market. Needles to say she didn't win the contest but got ripped off. Hamburger helper is not the same as goulash.
Mom makes this but at the end adds a healthy amount of Velveeta cheese and bakes it for 15 min. O.M.G. She calls it "San Antoine" for some reason?
