I'm an open fire cooking gal, campfire, fireplace and even a wood cookstove so thought why would I need a Blackstone?! Then I saw Bruce cook on one! I had to search for another video and then I was sold, I'm sure I can't live without one! LOL Put it on my Christmas list but asked nicely to have it early for Thanksgiving!! Thanks, Bruce, for making it look so easy!

GRAND SLAM Gater Man Bruce! About them chicken apple sausages…well…for me [and Emeril] it'll always be a 'pork fat thing' – especially with grits…something about butter and pork fat that makes grits smile. Watching you make chocolate roux gave me an idea on how to use instant grits on the Blackstone…give them instant grits some 'toasting time' on the griddle before adding water [I also add a three finger splash of white wine]. Golly…good eats, indeed! Much love to the Gator Man – keep making and sharing the videos!
