Iβm enjoying your channel and recipes so much. Just made the Tuscan chicken for my family tonight, hubby and the kids all loved it!! Iβm like you, I donβt mind the sundried tomato but only in moderation. I just mixed mine into the cheese mixture at the same time. We ate it with garlic bread, zucchini and salad.
And I made your cowboy casserole last week too and it was a hit!!! π Thanks for helping with new meal time ideas!! π
For your burritos if you crisp them in a dry pan it toasts the tortilla and melts the cheese inside. Super yummy with a nice little crunch.

No more shopping for me lol. I am ready! Turkeys were roasted and carved last week and put in the freezer. Got that out and put in the fridge today to re heat on Thursday. 2 batches of homemade oatmeal rolls and my stuffing are made. I am all about advance prep! Tomorrow is "pie day" and I will also make a fruit salad and two kinds of whipped butter for the rolls. (cranberry butter and brown sugar cinnamon butter) Thursday after the big breakfast I make for the family, the rest of the sides, plus a spiral sliced ham will be made. I make about 10 pounds of potatoes into mashed potatoes and transfer to a big slow cooker. Yum!

Hey Mel! That chicken Casserole looks delicious! I haven't ever seen that squeeze cream cheese. I will have to look for that! You can always find ways to use up taco meat!
