Hi, My daughter makes a delicious cheesecake, we have it at Xmas and special days, birthdays and anniversaries, but after seeing your recipe Iโ€™m definitely going to go into competition with her, it looks so easy to do, so fingers crossed. Your daughters are little darlings those brown eyes are adorable.

๐Ÿ’• My IP is an 8 Quart, so I'll be using the smallest of a set of 3 springform pans that I picked up at Walmart years ago. It's 8.25" They still sell the sets. Good luck, everyone ! ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ

๐Ÿ’• Thank you, it's beautiful & I'm so wanting a bite of that !! Don't you wish you'd made this long ago ? HaHa I already bought the ingredients. But the recipe I got them off of didn't include the heavy cream, so mine will have to do without. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ

Using "whipped" cream cheese instead of a brick of cream cheese would require longer pressure cooking.
Keep to toxic aluminum out of cooking. You are just pressure cooking aluminum into your food. Toxic to the brain, like in alzheimers?

Took me a while to figure out that a "Graham" Cracker was the make. We pronounce "Graham" here in the UK "Grey ham", I was hearing "Gram". Anyway, is this the same as a digestive biscuit, as we don't have Graham Crackers here? Cheers.

The original recipe called for 38 minutes @. High pressure, I noticed you did 35 minutes – which is correct?
    This is my first time, I have a 6 1/2 quart instant pot & a 7 inch pan….

My question is….For Easter, I made a Key Lime cheesecake from a basic Twin Cities recipe and it was more like a cream cheese pie consistency. Everyone loved it due to its light and creamy texture. I would like to make a denser version. My question is do you play with the pressure cook time to get it denser?

I laughed at your excitement because it is how I'm going to be with my first cheesecake. Your cheesecake was picture perfect and your daughter's were even more so. Such little cuties. Thank you for sharing your video.๐Ÿ™‚โค

I love my Instant Pot and have made two different cheesecake recipes, both which turned out great. I used a 7" springform pan without the parchment paper on the bottom or sides. I cooked mine for 28 minutes and did the natural release for 10 minutes then a quick release to release the rest of the pressure.

Nice video, the foil sling is totally unnecessary since you have the trivet with handles. I like the 35 minute time. Iโ€™ve tried tha 28 min and both times it wasnโ€™t done in the middle.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ
