LOVED this video. I was happy to see you put the mealthy pot on a marble cutting board as the only place I could use one was on a cart with a wooden butcher block on it. Now before I buy a pot I will get a marble cutting board. It is marble, right? You are so thorough and make using the pot simple. PLEASE, lots more videos with the mealthy pot. If your cakes crack you guys can take the whipped cream and spread a thin amount over the top so its a white cheese cake! and then sprinkle some cinnamon over it. Thats what I did when my cake cracked!
