Don't know if you will see this..but I just found your video and made the "cheese" sauce…OMG YES!!! I will be putting it on everything too! Soooo good! This is such a help to my newly started "vegan" life.Thank you!!!
You can add some potassium salt to your recipe for that "salty" cheese flavor and improving your potassium intake.
I don't use oil, and the problem I have with fresh garlic (cooked in broth or water) is that it remains just as spicy as if it were raw, in the finished recipe. Garlic powder doesn't' do this of course.
Can you freeze it?
I like trying different cheese sauces! I just started watching your videos. For the second cheese sauce, I can't seem to find chili pepper. Would you recommend a substitute?

I know this is an older video but I just stumble on to it and I love the cheese sauce recipe and the way you enjoyed it.
I would like to use the miso but what else do I use it in once I buy it. I donāt want to get something that Iām barely going to use
I've enjoyed all your videos and your appearance on chef AJ's program….. Until this one. The recipe is great but really who in the world wants to listen to you inhale before you take a mouthful, swallow gulp, all the noises. Really you're as bad as the other one the whole food plant-based lady. Obviously tested your recipes out so they're good, we really don't need to see and hear you make all those noises. Just tell us it's great and be done with it. If you're really a starving to death as you appear to be and that's why you have to go well down then eat before you make the video.
Could I use Tahini instead of miso?
Better to just use garlic press.

Nope! Just made it. The cheese one. Taste too much much like onion amd stock. I didn't use much better than bouillon stock. Sooooo, in order to rescue it, I just added mikd curry powder and boom, I've got curry sauce! Very nice.
But hey, maybe the English palate is somewhat different when it comes to cheese sauce. I made this 5 minutes ago and at the dame time trying out your granola.
But I certainly appreciate this video regardless! I LOVE the curry sauce "on everything" sauce. I just modified the first one.
I tried this, it turned out to cumin eee for my liking but I may have over done it. Definitely, DEFINITELY will make again.

I grew up on broccoli and cheese. This will work. This will work on chip and everything too.
You got a wonderful cheese sauce. I have nasal polyps and try to avoid as much fat that that reasonably possibly and your receipe does that.
