Sue here: delicious comfort food! I always use lots of peas and carrots in the chicken mixture. I'd bake up another pan of the biscuits too. We want extra biscuits π€£. Serve with cranberry sauce on the side. Simple but good enough for company. Thank you π.

Costco has a package of a believe it's 2 lb of fresh chicken meat ready to use, don't even have to deBone it yourself.. I was told it's their rotisserie chicken that was left over the day before and they run it through a to separate it from the bones.. but it's pure meat
