I'd love to do a Whole 30! Do you already have a video about planning for that? Also, praying for you little ones. I hope everyone is well soon.

Have you tried any of the nom nom paleo recipes?? Michelle's Crack Chicken and Instant Pot Kalua Pork? Or her peanut butter & jelly bite snacks (made with dates)? When I did a couple of months of paleo (Feb-April) I found her books had some great recipes. She also makes a lot of recipes in Instant Pot's. I was thinking of doing it in October but too many things happening from Oct-Dec. Son's bday, my anniversary, my birthday, Thanksgiving, Chanukah and New Year's. I think I'll go back to it in February.

Can you do a video talking about breastfeeding while doing whole30? I am 1 week in to a whole30 while breastfeeding my 4 month old born 5/9. I feel like I can't eat enough.

This is off topic, but I'm just curious what homeschool curriculum you are using? Fellow homeschool mom here 🙋
Have you thought about making some homeschooling videos maybe?

I've been wanting to try a whole 30. I did keto for 2 months and felt pretty good. I took a food sensitivity test and it came back with mild reactions to * gluten * wheat * egg whites * cinnamon * coffee (YIKES!) So I was thinking this type of eating would probably be good for me. I had a 'regular' bagel a week or so ago and it was so yummy. I didn't notice any huge distress, but did notice I just didn't feel as 'good'. I agree October is a great month. As a reward maybe have one piece of candy on Oct 31st! haha.

Homeschooling, cooking, shopping, videos, a full plate.Phew. I enjoy the videos that you post, family and cooking ones. Your videos are inspiring. I know, the ragweed has affected my lungs. So, I might begin eliminating sugar in the future weeks😀😉I agree, less inflammation is better. We increase vitamin c,and have cut dairy by using almond and soy.
