I like this guy a lot. He makes a good relationship with food. I've been practicing IF for 3yrs but it's hard to deprive yourself from food that your body is asking you to eat😄

    Cheers from The Philippines 😉

Hey Ryan, I know you’re not an expert and you’re doing this journey just like any of us are but I did have a question. I’ve done intermittent fasting before and had success. I only needed to lose about 10 pounds and I was able to do that and keep it off for about a year. I’m trying to restart intermittent fasting and have been doing it for the last two weeks since discovering your videos. So far I haven’t had much success, in fact I’ve actually gained about a pound and a half. Do you have any recommendations of how to kickstart intermittent fasting or help the weight loss start? Thanks I appreciate your help!

Hey brother- just wanted to say keep up the good work. All the haters that say toxic things never seem to comment on how happy you clearly are and seem to be a great dad and love your family 👪 ❤️- that counts for more. The people that dissect everything you do aren't very happy obviously amd want to project it on anyone they can- Hense why they waste their time trolling you when THEY could be putting their phones down and bettering themselves. Stay strong and again keep up the good work. Peace love and respect. 🙌❤🔥💯🙏✊️

Great video on allowing yourself any food you want. No foods are off limits. You could’ve also mentioned in the video that it comes down to weekly calories in vs calories out with. You can fit a cheat day/meal on a cut every week and still lose weight. If you’re still in a weekly deficit there’s no way you can feel any guilt and still enjoy the foods you love in moderation:)👌

This was so helpful for your mindset on food guilt. I’m on day 6 of an extended fast to cure a stomach issue. I’m breaking my fast today and this has really helped me! Thank you so much for this!!

I think I gained 5 lbs watching this video! Seriously, perfect timing as I have been on track all week and Friday is my family/food day. Homemade pizza and some wings for my OMAD. Low carb rest of week No guilt, no shame! Usually fast until Sunday afternoon after dinner Friday night. Spiritual and physical benefits. Find what works for you to have consistent, steady results.

I’ve really enjoyed your videos, I myself have struggled with my relationship with food. I’ve lost weight, gained it back, lost it again – hence a vicious cycle. I appreciate your “progress not perfection” mentality in these videos. My wife and I have started daily fasting to help and it’s definitely helping. Thanks for the insights!

Awesome video. The guilt is always difficult but since I’ve started 20:4 fasting I feel like I can enjoy a wider range of foods and not worry about it so much. Love your content and please keep it coming !

Great video life's all about balance between fitness, enjoyment, and family. Can't stress over the importance of cheat meals and they have many benefit when used strategically. Even when I plan on doing my bodybuilding contest prep we plan on adding in cheat meals. I would also advise a cheat meal rather than an entire cheat day.

I use to be the same way. Beat myself up over a cheat meal. One day won’t make or break you is something I had to learn. Eat it, enjoy it and move on. Thanks for the video man.

Great video, thanks for sharing your journey so transparently. Cheesecake, burgers, fries and all of these high fat foods I used to eat as well and my weight did yoyo for the longest time. Until I started eating large amounts of sweet fruit like bananas, dates, mangos, tangerines, pineapple with rice, corn, potatoes for complex carbs then the weight stayed off. I highly recommend getting some more fruit in. Good luck on your journey!
