Tawra, youโd be so proud. I saw a pity party post of Facebook from a mom page. Saying โthis is what $155 gets you at the grocery store.. 3 days of food. Barely enough to feed my familyโ the photo included 3 12 packs of soda and 5 bags of chips, family size.
The comments almost all said โthen put back the soda and chips and get actual food for your kidsโ I was shocked other people actually realized that!

I hope you will one day do a KETO cookbook! Maybe one day? I Just got the news… My A1C is High, so I am trying to lower it with KETO to avoid insulin. Most all the foods I stored were carb laden, so, I'm trying to prep Low-Carb under 20 grams carbs per day.

I only buy chicken leg quarters put them in my air fryer and I have fried chicken. we bought 10 lbs. 3 months ago for $4.00!!! I got 30 lbs.
I agree 100% most people buy a ton of junk and easy to microwave things. We only buy on sales we make stove top pop corn and I only buy chips if they are on clearance at Big Lots
