I really hope your family is taking lessons and learning all these amazing dishes you make! I loved watching my Grandmother and aunt cook. And now, my 2.5 year old granddaughter is always on her chair at my side when cooking. And I let her help as often as is possible, she loves it! She whisks eggs, seasons veggies, stirs pots with the best of them. She even breaded chicken for chicken francaise last week! I wish I had someone to teach me to cook, especially Mexican dishes. Give me a bowl of charro beans and rice or fideo any day and I'm one very happy camper as is my Johnny. I just love the ease of using the instant pot for making beans. Now this is like the second time I've watched you cook your beans and next time I'm going to try it your way. I usually make them the way my mom did and that's just really simple with smoked bacon or a small piece of salt jowl. I'm very curious to taste the way they come out using fresh onion and garlic and I'm sure they are delicious. I make charro beans regularly leaving out the meat though. Another winning and delicious dish you treat us to my oh so loved amiga. Y'all have a beautiful rest of your week and I'm sure it's not as hot and muggy up there as it is down here. You're awesome my friend!
