In your upcoming cookbook — since the instant pot has a saute' setting, would doing a quick saute' of the Cauliflower – then adding goodies work better? Or taste better? As much as I love Rice – I can't have it (Keto DIet) and I love Cauliflower, but convincing me that it is "Rice" — not so much. 🙂

I have never seen "cauliflower rice" in a package. I will definitely be looking for it. I'd be so surprised if our local Costco store had it, but am going next week and will look. I presume it's in the produce section? That meal did look delicious and would fit in with what I am following right now as well. Thanks for sharing …

Kait that looked pretty good although I would have preferred the rice also. I was feeling bad for Joe stuck on this diet but after seeing him surrounded by all you lovely ladies, I can't feel sorry for him at all, lol.

LOL Kait you are a saint. Joe really turned off his invisibility cloak for this episode. All kidding aside your commitment is very impressive. Joe, where do I send the Fabreze?😇

I am trying to keep an open mind about this. It sounds interesting. However . . . Joe has mentioned on two different days, yes days, that after eating this, he had a "body cleansing" experience. And apparently it was a long enough experience that Kait had to resort to the great outdoors for, let's say, comfort. Yikes! So, with much trepidation I will consider entertaining the thought of thinking about the idea of the possibility of the concept of trying this recipe. Now, back to my store bought, preservative laden sausage pizza.
