Thank you Jill for another great recipe! I have been a subscriber for a number of years. I find all your recipes to be simple and delicious. I found your recipe book at the library a few days ago and immediately loved it. The recipes, the format, the pictures and the capability of watching a video are all spectacular. I have many vegan cookbooks however I would recommend this one as the first to buy when transitioning to plant based. I love that I have almost all the ingredients in my house. I have already tried 6 recipes and have the ingredients to make 2 more. I bought a book for my daughter because she is leaning toward going vegan and felt this book would help her tremendously. Can't wait to get my own copy. Thank you for sharing your transition at the beginning of the book. It is a very encourageing story. 💗 Is Braggs amino acids the same as Braggs Soy sauce. In Canada I can only find the soy sauce. Cant wait to try this recipe. 😍

Looks wonderful! For those who don’t use soy I wonder about using aquafaba (The liquid off canned or cooked garbanzos) and for those who can’t have nuts maybe using some of the cooked garbanzos in place of the cashews. Looks like a great new salad dressingdipping sauce for us to try. Thanks for the inspiration. I look forward to your show every Sat.

Looks nice, just a few notes:

1 – Is it possible to replace the chia seeds with grounded flax?

2 – Turmeric RULES. 🙂 It is the King of Spices, very healthy.

3 – Regarding that supplement – while it is important to supplement for stuff such as Iron or B12, too high dosage of magnesium can actually be very very harmful. A normal Vegan diet has more than enough magnesium as it is, so supplementing it any further can be dangerous. Same goes for iodine, too – always be careful with that, as too high levels of iodine pose a risk to the body. So, Best is just to take supplements separately, take what you know you personally need, and not such a potentially-dangerous multi.
