I'm so glad I get to watch your replays! I love how you interact with your viewers! I enjoy that your viewers are so sweet and appreciate you! It makes watching so much fun and enjoyable and not negative. You are so real! Even hamburgers or sausage patties in that sauce 😋 Thanks!🥰 yeah….i just started my cast iron journey and the pans i received from parents and family are not the fancy names🥺 though…im learning and turning them into nice cookware. I started buying Lodge pieces and gifting Lodge pieces 😉Congrats on your house…how exciting! Have fun at the Mac&Cheese Festival! My sister in law took our son to a Bacon Festival 🥓 because he could live on bacon. They tasted bacon in like 50 different ways!

Mic suggestion. Last week your mic was in / out because you had the mic side pressed on your neck so when you turned to left you were clearer.
This video mic is the same issue, you have the mic on your neck and make "scratching" and "underwater" noises in the audio.
I would suggest you get some kind of chain or necklace and keep the mic on it so it won't be pressing the mic side on anything.

We discussed making mac & cheese tonight and I have been making it the same way for over 50 years. I start by cooking 2 cups of macaroni. In a saucepan I heat about 6 oz of heavy cream to a lite boil, add 4 oz of American cheese or Velveeta, and 4 oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Turn off heat and whisk. Fold in drained macaroni and serve. You can also put it in a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top and bake until litely browned.
