    Well, you know my ♥love♥of picanha, and that I just got a cast iron pan. So, now you know I have to go look for some picanha steaks in my new cast iron! Picanha here is still about $8.00 per pound. I just took mine out of the freezer to unthaw for Saturday! So good, that rare steak. YUM! Thanks for this.

    Hello Anita…I have a question for you….I'm carnivore and I'm doing great but I sleep really bad. I wake up every day at 3 and stay awake one hour or more. I've seen videos where people say that is good to have carbs at night for better sleep….what do you think?? What carbs would be?? Thank you so much!!!❤️❤️❤️
