i love liver and onions and never had mushrooms and liver but i am going to try for sure, there is a lot less carbs in mushrooms than in onions thanks for the recipe, here where i live you can buy calf liver in single serving with 4 to a packages that makes it great not having to cook the whole package like it use to be
Try cutting your liver into bite size pieces before it’s thawed out. Then quickly stir fry it with your mushrooms onions etc. Don’t overcook it. And you won’t need as much if any water! Takes less time. Cooked quicker, it stays softer, more tender.
I have been reading that with beef liver, you should rinse it off and soak in milk. Do you do this or any variation of this step being keto? I am keto also, and have been wanting to make liver and onions. However, I don't like milk. Plz help. 😏
I love you cooking and “what I ate in a week” videos, and love the classical music. Even though your meals look easy to make; they sure do look delicious! Keep them coming Casey!!❤️👌
Omg I am so glad you finally made this video. I think my moms liver was just always over cooked and was tough. I’m excited to make this, maybe shocked is a better word lol!!!
I cook beef liver, onoin and mushrooms. But, I boiled the liver and remove all the scum. Then fry it with salt and pepper!! 🤙🏾

Tried the liver with mushrooms and onions. Scrumptious!!
I love this classical music in the back of the cooking, it sets a hilariously ironic tone, to the simple instructions.
Looks Delicious, Seeing as I'm single, I could make this and get 4 meals out of it.
Watching this video, while putting my face mask on heading to the store for some beef liver!😋🍽
I've not had liver in a long time. I may have to try it again.

Take out some of the mushrooms and broth blend them, add them back in for a thick gravy.
Hi from Australia, can you please subscribe the taste and especially the texture.
Thank you Casey for showing us your simple way of cooking liver. It's on my next shopping trip.
