    🌮Beautiful! I surely DO appreciate those "behind the scenes" extra takes, time & trouble you go through~ it's a lot sometimes! Also, I've tried various combinations of mostly these ingredients, but not quite~ & I think you've nailed it because I've also not seen them quite this texture or color. I'm looking forward to trying them, & I don't think I'd add anything extra at all.

    These work on the stovetop in a frying pan too. Cover the whole bottom of a big frying pan and that will give you a bigger wrap to work with. The only tricky part is flipping it but it's do-able.

    Nice! I will try these. I have been blending chicken with eggs ( almost liquid form) and cooking that for my carnivore tortilla. Just out of curiosity, do you 2 live in Costa Rica? I used to and the outdoor setting you two have reminds me of it : ) Lovely area either way!

    4 Egg whites
    pinch of Cream of Tartar
    4 tsp of Beef Gelatin
    Pinch of salt
    2 tsp Egg White powder

    – Blend together well in blender till creamy batter
    – Preheat oven to 325 F
    – Grease cooking tray with butter
    – Bake for 7 to 8 minutes
