Great idea, I tried Indi's recipe in the pan and didn't have great results (probably need a new pan) maybe this will work for me!
Those taco shells are a great vessel to transport a bunch of yum! AND.. There's nothing wrong with brown and beige food! But you really dressed it up nicely. Well done!
