Today is my 36 day on carnivore-ish, on either Saturday or Sunday bc I bake sourdough bread I only have 2 slices. Down 11 lbs!!!!! But I walk about 13,000 + steps a day with a new puppy 🐶. She is up at 2 am barking , so of course I am the only one in this house that hears her?!?! Lol Not that we wanted a dog but was found by my son by his car on one of the coldest night. Good thing he went to hook up his battery car and notice her she is about 13 weeks ok… very puppy puppy ❤ she helping me put in my steps 😅 I did start one meal a day…

My dog was transformed in 1 day , huge reactive chaos to calm sweetheart, through zoopharmacognosy. She selected nerve pain remedies, esp wanted applied to scar from being spade.
Behaviour is not just how dogs are taught to behave.

Hi Scott and Amanda, really enjoyed this video. Would love to know more about the 12 rules and where you sit on the hierarchy that you both were talking about. Was there a book or something you read on this?

I'm with you, I am in the medical field as well and I have an opportunity to work with nutritionist and bless their hearts they were trained a certain way and believe a certain way but I just can't do it. No amount of money would let me sleep, knowing that I am hurting people that are trusting me to help them. Ignorance is one thing but for some, I guess greed takes over the oath we all took as Healthcare providers.

I was a pet sitter and so have many experiences with different animals but I remember one time I scolded the two dogs who peed on the floor and knew better and they looked guilty and I had my hand on my hip and waving my finger and a tone in my voice to let them know that was not ok. The cat that same day, had knocked down all the Christmas ornaments and I attempted the same posture and she was obviously not remorseful and walked away with her tail in the air and I swear if cats can roll their eyes, she did! LOL😁

I had to get back on track after the holidays and after pushing through the 2 weeks of headaches and diarrhea adjusting to carnivore again, I did pay more attention to adding more fat / collagen this time around and can't even explain the level of mental clarity. I have learned all the tools and practices for anxiety management, so wasn't even thinking that an issue, but it's indescribable on how things, that do cause me concern , are bringing absolutely no symptoms of anxiety, if that makes sense. It's something I'm not used to, but I can easily get used to it though ! 😊

I'm 73 and have been carnivore (ketovore) for 17 months. I have never been LESS ill in my whole life. So, being vegan isn't an option for me, ever. P.S. I want a pet (cat or dog). My husband doesn't want a pet 🙁 That's very frustrating for me.

We have the same kinda of issues, I keep tweaking my back. Tweaked it a couple of weeks ago and was down for two days and then the next weekend it tweaked again and I was down for a week and I’m still dealing with it. 😢
Hope you get better sooner then later. ❤ wish I could have joined you for the meat up! ❤️maybe one day. Hoping for one more south.🤞🏻

Amanda, is the heating pad using moist heat and NOT dry heat.
You’re a PT and I know you know what to do. As an LMT were taught to use ICE for inflammation and contrast therapy with ice/heat for optimal inflammation reduction.

    Feel better🦋🌻
