Oh! I need to try this. I love tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad, salmon salad and I like cod livers. I am not fond of sardines so mixing them in with all the other stuff might make them palatable for me. In all of my salads like these, I also add lots of mustard along with the mayo. I am also going to try to make your beef tallow mayo. Also Carnivore Chef makes a "better than mayo". Sour cream, cream cheese and some lemon juice and garlic powder. It looked really good and he swears it is better than mayo. Thanks for posting this. You look wonderful.

Anita, I made the seafood salad and want to let you know that it was very tasty. That will be a regular in my rotation now but can you tell me what you believe a serving is? My eyes are bigger than my stomach and I am a overeater And I have to measure, as I have no judgment when enough is enough especially eating tasty food. Appreciate your videos.😅

Hi from the UK Anita. I was also put off by Dr Lisa's 'paste' so made mine as yours but without cod livers. A tip – dont peel your eggs, cut them in half through the shell and scoop each side out with a spoon. Thanks for all your recipes.

I love doing ground beef in my IP. I just put it in with a cup of water and then use a hamburger chopper utensil to break it up. I save the broth for soup or a base – let it sit and then when the fat solidifies I peel it off – gelatinous!

I just love you and have been watching under a different subscription, although I just subscribed again under this “moderation is a myth” handle. I was hoping that you could help me out. I was wanting to get mine and my husband’s story out and start a YT channel (maybe other social media platforms in the future) and do a “prep for success” type of channel and hopefully with your permission use your recipes. Eventually once I get a following, I would love to help the keto/carnivore community and highlight channels like yours and send them to your channel and website. I just have to say your noodle recipe I’ve made a few times and is pretty freaking awesome. I love it!❤ Living in a subtropical region it doesn’t really get that cold here, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed for January because I want to try your Bacon Cheeseburger Soup recipe. Please let me know if it’s okay. Even if you say no, thanks for all you do! Always a fan, Laura (Moderation is a Myth)

Thank you Anita, munching on my first time making this carnivore salad, definitely a winner… which is a good thing, because I over-bought sardines a little while ago! I used Chris Cooking Nashville's spreadable butter mayo and it was next level!

This is great info! I had seen this on Dr Lisa’s channel and wanted to make it, so thanks for the reminder and the variation plus macros!!! Also helpful was the bulk ground beef cooking as I do this stove top at present. Anita, you are looking more and more stronger, leaner and younger each time I see you! Huge progress, especially this past 6 months! Very encouraging as I approach my 60th birth year! Thank you for continuing to share and help others. You are greatly appreciated and loved!❤

I also make this recipe, and I do blend it a bit to disguise the sardines. Going to make it like you did next time. Your salad looks sooooo good! Love this salad with pork rind chips.
