It's a myth that chicken is so healthy, except in bone broth. Pork and pork fat is also good, maybe not as good as beef though and yes wild salmon is good to have once or twice a week.

Actually 100% grass fed groundbeef is the best meat as per a number of Doctors on this diet, also chuck roast(cut it up into chunks) if you want to make stews. OF course ribeye is also a fatty cut which is nice.

Unless you are a scientist or a contemporary nutritionist then you should talk to one. Autophagy/mTOR relationship is a very powerful argument for a healthy diet. Oh ya wfpb!

Next attempt at trying wheat source it from outside the US. While wheat is not a GMO crop it is sprayed with glyphosate at the end of the growing season so it will all die at the same time. Chances are good that it's not gluten intolerance but rather glyphosate intolerance. A couple of wheat flours I use are "00" Caputo I use for my pizza which is from Italy where Round-up is banned. I also make Roti out of sharbati atta whole wheat flour and is a product of India that has been making moves to curb the use of Round-up by banning the sale of it in some states. This also goes for products like rice, I love Jasmine rice and I make sure to source it from Thailand where glyphosate is banned. On a side note, there is a lot of evidence point to the link between Autism and glyphosate. Monsanto, now Bayer, has spent a lot of money to suppress any evidence of this harmful chemical which was originally designed and used to remove mineral deposits from boilers and pipes before being use as an herbicide.

Just before 15: you mention someone tolerating staring into the sun. You may mean just that he could tolerate bright sunlight itself, but, to be clear, no one should ever – ever – even try to stare into the sun. Otherwise, thank you for sharing what's been working for you.

For two days I've been trying to place this young lady… someone in a movie. I just realized who it is. A main character in the sci-fi movie: __________. Anybody guess?

Beef and oysters are high in zinc, I tan now instead of burn. Fruit has been modified to be sweet, wild fruit is inedible, berries tho are good. Vegetables too are modified, wild corn for example looks like a grain.

Do you supplement any electrolytes? Is salting the food enough for you or do you add more salt to your diet, specifically not to be deficient? What about other ones such as potassium or magnesium? Any other supplements or not really?

I am trying to go completely carnivore because of serious health issues but it is a lot more challenging than I expected. We have been so conditioned from childhood on and "treats" are so available that it's hard to avoid and a constant struggle. This is why I look at videos like yours -for encouragement -so keep making them!
