Greedings from Aruba ..i just started my carnivore diet 5 days ago and im positive and excited for my journey to live healthy ..just got diagnost with t2d january and since i lost 32kg and after 3 months docter pull me off meds and looking forward to lose more now and get in better health on carnivore diet and your videos is encourage me to keep on going so thank you sir .
I wanted to support the channel so I bought a t-shirt. I bought it in XL because that's my size. When it arrived it was much too small. I am 5'4 and just under 180 lb (I was 330 lb, disabled in a scooter and had to go through a lot of surgeries, I did all that worked really hard went keto then carnivore and here I am!) I sent them email asking what they wanted to do.
They sent me two T-shirts back on the house, one in XXL and the other in 3XL because these t-shirts run really small. The 3XL is too big but the 2X fits the way you would expect a woman's large to extra large to fit.
I'm really impressed by how nice they were. They told me to donate the one I had received but I want to compensate them for the two T-shirts they sent to ensure that I would receive one that fits.

All I can say is so far this natural Carnivore lifestyle has transformed my health in several positive ways. My blood pressure is better than ever and I have lost 60 lbs. I can wear 32" x 34" pants again and shorts etc. I still have to continue on because I am not out of the woods yet because I started this with intermittent fasting and fasting in to autophagy because I had a calcium score of 110 and a 3mm nodule on my left lung. Now, my lungs look clear in x-rays however the nodule was found in an CT several months ago. I am hopeful and I have great faith. I've had an EGD and Colonoscopy with no serious problems found except for mild barrets esophagus. So, if that and aches and pains is all that I have I am very blessed. Recently, I have really been trying to research and understand oxalates because I have been snacking on Almonds and pain in my wrist and hands increased tremendously. Trying to find alternatives for Carnivore snacks. Are boiled eggs considered Carnivore? I will research and find out. Have a wonderful night guys. Thank you for sharing.
