Carnivore Bagel Ingredients (as made in video):

    1 lb ground beef cooked

    4 large eggs

    1 tbsp beef gelatin

    1 tbsp Baking Powder

    2 tbsp Carnivore Crisp flour

    couple pinches Redmonds Real Salt

Combine in blender and bake at 350 for 20-25 min

MACROS (per bagel): 233 Cal, 15.6g Fat, 0.6 Total Carbs, 22g Protein

Gelatin is optional but my opinion was they toasted crispier when I used it. Taste and texture was pretty much the same, so up to you!

OH ANITA! These are delicious! I used leftover ground chicken/pork meatballs that also had parmesan cheese. They were very savory and worked well with your recipe!! I wish i could show you the picture of them with butter. I only started keto-carnivore in June and am feeling so much better and am down 26 pounds so far. I'm so grateful to the Lord for guiding me to this lifestyle change! I'm feeling so much better! You are such an inspiration and a dear soul. I wish I could give you a big hug! Thank you for all of your hard work in recipe development and video production. I'm a Registered Dietitian and am having to unlearn much of what I was taught in school. The Proper Human Diet is the way to health. Thankful for Dr. Berry and other MD's who have gotten off the AMA train. Lots of love to you, Anita! You've done an amazing job in your own journey!! ❤

These looked really nice. Probably good with bacon, and lard or tallow too ☺

By the way. I finally got used to the sardines now 😉
It took some months, but now they go down.

I’ve been going to places such as, goodwill and garage sales looking for the baking pans I found a few, but I’m still looking for the bagel/donut silicon pan.

The meat flour is too expensive or impossible to obtain in some countries. Making it, it's too much work. The reality of this diet is that for people who had carbs for many years or decades, without a good income and living in a decent country, it's painful to sustain.

I recognized the Cutco cake knife as soon as you took it out of the box, but I did not know they had red handles! I have one that's about 30 years old and it looks brand new. They have amazing products, and the bagels look delicious. 😊
