You’d be right! Haha, I’ve never liked capirotada, but to each their own. My dad loves it 🤷🏻♀️
This why there really isn’t any authentic Mexican food because just like here in the states, every state in Mexico will make the same dish differently, which works out great to have more of a variety of Mexican cuisine
