I think canning beef roast is my favorite protein to can. Every time I see you cut up something with your knife I always tell my self how much I need that knife in my life. Great video and thank you for posting this
I have never canned before, and am learning so much from these Canuary videos! I am looking forward to getting my garden planted at our new home, and being able to harvest and preserve our food. You are an awesome teacher!
I was hoping for a video like this again. I am getting a 1/2 of beef in about 6 weeks and love these types. However, I do have a question. When I can meat, any kind mine gets very dry. I am thinking it's my altitude I have to use 15lb pressure in my All-American Canner. Can you tell me if or what I am doing wrong? I love all of your videos and have used many of your recipes. I love every one of them. Thank you so much.
I'm pretty new to canning I get nervous canning veggie, I can't imagine doing meat. I have to get a few more sessions with the veggies, before attempting meat. Lol
Been finagaling the food budget since the fall, and I'm Finally able to start looking for a pressure canner .. would love some suggestions on some budget friendly options. This would be a perfect first canning option! Thank you😊
