I just saw this in 1 if my chat groups and though see if you'd do a video on different breakfast/snacks. Someone dehydrated leftover waffles (cut-up into it's small squares), french toast..also maybe granola/clusters, stored with dried fruit. 🤔 just a thought I wanted to share. I luv this channel❣️

One time, on suttons daze, she had a jar of, I think broth, came out of the canner, spewing everywhere. That was scary. I am sure it was for you, too. So far I haven't had anything like that happen and hope I never expience it.

Canning question… HELP please! I had to leave home with 4 pints of chicken soup in my pressure canner. The processing time was completed, but the pressure was not cooled to zero yet. What will happen to my soup? I can’t get back home for a few hours. 😬

I saw Instant Pot has a brand new pressure called Instant Pot Pro Plus (released in 2021, 6qt size) that also has the same canning feature. Have you or your friends heard of it? I would be curious to know if their newest pressure cooker can maintain consistent canning temps as the IP Max.

    Good Morning
    Pam that broth looks BEAUTIFUL
Can someone please tell me the process of pressure “cooking” whole chickens (cut up) in a pressure canner to make broth. Pam mentioned she did it but I can not find detailed instructions on the correct process; how much pressure, do you vent, how long do you cook the chicken,
I have an All American 921 cooker/canner and in the manual it lists every kind of meat to pressure cook EXCEPT chicken🤦🏻‍♀️
Any help would be so appreciated
    THANK YOU
    Have a GREAT DAY everyone

That looks so good and what a neat idea a little bit of lemon from your dehydrated stash to put in as well. Thank you for sharing. I know am very new to canning but it is so neat to be able to share with others starting out your hard work in teaching us all something to be able to do and do right.

Something I’m always surprised by is how when watching you put together a recipe I’ve seen in the Ball book a hundred times, suddenly it becomes relatable because I’m seeing it come together with ingredients as well hearing you talk about it. I’ve made chicken soup many times using these ingredients but never with a recipe. When I can it, and I absolutely will now, I’ll be sure to follow the recipe. I don’t have any dried lemons yet but do you think adding a slice of a fresh lemon will work without having too strong of a lemon flavor?
    Great video!
