    Completely agree! The secret to success of any diet is consistency! I think meal planning/prep helps maintaining that consistency. Also indulgence in moderation is not bad but it should not become a habit. But a little bit to reward yourself for the effort being put in, may be ok – but we should do it only after a while … Great experiment and nicely shared results! Thanks so much!

    I honestly think if your metabolism is healthy and your hormones you can loose weight eating anything in moderation and calorie restriction.
