I generally don’t do Thanksgiving, but I watched this for tips, & you solved a problem I had given up on a few years ago. I love mashed sweet potatoes, but if you boil sweet potato chunks, you get waterlogged mashed potatoes that are gross. Now I can make mashed sweet potatoes! It never occurred to me to steam them in the instant pot.

I made the chicken tonight. Just two of us. It was great! While the chicken was tented, I air fried some seasoned carrots and put potatoes on to boil (don't want the stove feeling neglected:)) Used the dripping to make gravy. Really enjoyed this meal. Love your videos.

Hi Cathy! So I forward a lot of your videos to our 5 family Pokemon Go group LOL – no judgement zone! BUT I just bought my ex-husband an Air Fryer for Christmas – was actually delivered today. He's very excited. BUT NOW HE'S CALLED ME TWICE ASKING FOR IDEAS and it's only noon and he's had it for an hour! I don't want to have to block him … Can you either make a collab of easy cooking for 1 videos or make a 1 basket EASY bachelor meals cooking ideas? I already divorced him once … don't make me do it again! As always – thank you for all you do and the time it takes to make these videos.

Hi Cathy or Kathy (sorry I don't know) I have followed you for some time.
I have learned so much about my air fryer but I want to ask a question unrelated if I may?

Do you have any tips for curing bacon at home?
I have tried but something went wrong
